A fantastic opportunity has become available for a passionate and dedicated Year 5 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Waltham Forest. This full-time role is available for a September start and offers a competitive salary in line with MPS/UPS, depending on experience.

Do you hold UK QTS and have experience teaching within Key Stage 2? Are you passionate about helping pupils achieve their full potential as they prepare for Year 6? Do you have the creativity and enthusiasm to deliver engaging and challenging lessons?

The Role – Year 5 Teacher As a Year 5 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum. You will create a positive and engaging learning environment that supports pupils' academic, social, and emotional development while preparing them for the demands of upper Key Stage 2.

You will work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, and parents to ensure pupils make strong progress throughout the academic year. The role will involve planning and delivering differentiated lessons, assessing pupil attainment, and implementing targeted interventions to support individual learning needs.

Strong classroom management, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to raising attainment are essential for this role.
