Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Hotel Manager role based at St. Ermin’s Hotel in London. The Hotel Manager oversees daily operations across front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other guest-facing services to ensure a consistently high standard of guest experience. Responsibilities include leading and motivating operational teams, managing staffing levels and scheduling, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. The role also involves monitoring financial performance, supporting budgeting and cost control, and working with sales and revenue teams to optimize occupancy, rate, and guest mix. The Hotel Manager ensures compliance with brand standards, health and safety regulations, and sustainability initiatives, while responding promptly to guest feedback and driving continuous improvement in service and operational efficiency.

- Salary: circa £95k DOE
