This is an amazing opportunity for someone with 2 – 3 years experience as a quality inspector, who has been working with complex metal components, carrying out dimensional inspections and eager to develop your skills further.
This is working with a busy engineering company that is looking to bring in a fresh face to develop and grown within the business for years to come.
What you will be doing
- Inspecting/Calibrating fixtures & gauges
- Creating CMM programmes
- Creating inspection reports
- Working in the team to develop new engineering projects
Shift rotation
- Days – Monday to Thursday 05:45 – 13:45 Friday 05:45 – 10:45
- Afternoon – Monday to Thursday 13:45 – 21:45 Friday 10:45 – 15:45
To be considered
Training is provided only to people who have the following experience:
- 2 – 3 years carrying out dimensional inspections for metal components
- Able read engineering drawings, specs & notes
- Experience with 3D CAD programmes
- Technical qualification in engineering
Understanding of CMM machinery & programming would be a benefit
