The business is looking to add an experienced adviser to its Rochester team. Alongside a basic salary of £29,000, they offer guaranteed income for an initial period, realistic earnings of £65,000+, uncapped commission, and either a company car or £2,500 car allowance.

The Role
Working as a Mortgage Adviser within this business, you will provide advice to customers on mortgage solutions and support them through an important financial decision.
You will work with warm leads and existing opportunities, while also building strong relationships with introducers and generating additional business through referrals and proactive contact. There will also be an opportunity to discuss and arrange suitable protection solutions as part of the wider advice process.
This is a role where strong relationship building, commercial awareness, and an ability to convert opportunities will all be important. You will also be expected to work in line with FCA and compliance requirements throughout.
