The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled SEND Teacher to join a supportive school in Redhill. You will work with pupils with a range of additional needs, delivering tailored lessons that support both academic progress and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet diverse needs
- Support pupils with EHCPs
- Work collaboratively with SENCOs, support staff, and external professionals
- Create a structured, nurturing learning environment
About You
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working with SEND pupils
- Strong behaviour management and adaptability
- Passionate about inclusive education
