Head Elf / Team Leader (fixed-term)

Create festive magic for every guest
Step into the festive season as Head Elf and help deliver magical Christmas experiences for families. You'll oversee daily operations, lead a team of festive characters and ensure every guest enjoys a smooth, joyful visit to Santa's Woodland Workshop.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and manage a team, ensuring rotas are covered and operations run smoothly
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience and maintain high service standards
- Oversee workshop operations including access control, toy stock and photo delivery
- Train and support colleagues and assist with events

Your working hours
Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 25th December 2026
- Full-time contract, fully flexible
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
About you
- Outgoing with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Supervisory experience in a demanding, customer facing role
- Strong communication and customer service skills, fostering positive relationships
- Computer literate with the ability to perform under pressure
- Enthusiasm for the Christmas / seasonal spirit
Note: You'll need to complete a Garda vetting before starting (we'll help with that).
