A successful and well-regarded secondary school in South East England is seeking to appoint a passionate and committed Teacher of Music to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2026.

The Role
In this role, you will teach Music across Key Stage 3 and 4, bit potentially 5, delivering engaging and creative lessons that inspire students and develop their musical understanding, performance skills, and confidence.
The successful candidate will join a welcoming department committed to providing high-quality teaching and enriching musical opportunities for students both inside and outside of the classroom.
The school is looking for a teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching Music at KS3
- Is an engaging and enthusiastic classroom practitioner
- Can inspire students through a passion for Music and the Creative Arts
- Has high expectations for behaviour, engagement, and achievement
- Works collaboratively within a team environment
- Is committed to supporting students of all abilities
- Is keen to contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities where appropriate
