Senior Product Manager
London (Hybrid)

We are hiring a Product Manager to take full ownership of a core platform at a pivotal stage of growth. You will lead the roadmap, drive delivery, and embed practical AI into everyday workflows, turning semi-manual processes into a scalable, intelligent product. This role stands out for its true end to end ownership, high autonomy, and direct impact on how the business operates and grows. You will work closely with users, senior stakeholders, Engineering and Data to deliver meaningful product improvements with visible commercial value.

The Role
- Own the full product roadmap and delivery for a core internal and client facing platform
- Translate business and user needs into clear epics, specifications and delivery ready tickets
- Balance new feature development, optimisation work, and technical debt through clear prioritisation
- Act as the day to day product contact for Client Services, Sales and Leadership
- Work closely with users to understand real operational pain points
- Partner with Engineering on feasibility, sequencing and delivery to reduce ambiguity and unblock teams
- Collaborate with Data to ensure alignment with data structure, quality and definitions
- Identify and embed practical AI and LLM use cases across matching, data enrichment and user experience
- Reduce reliance on manual processes and spreadsheets through automation
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience owning and delivering a product roadmap in a lean environment
- Proven ability to lead discovery, prioritisation and execution end to end
- Confidence working closely with Engineering and Data teams
- Practical experience applying AI or LLMs to improve real workflows
- Clear communicator able to manage senior stakeholders and make trade off decisions
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous problem spaces and driving delivery
