Digital Marketing Manager

We're partnering with an exciting new beauty brand preparing for launch and looking for a commercially driven Digital Marketing Manager to help build awareness, drive customer acquisition, and create exceptional customer experiences from day one.
This is a rare opportunity to join a business at the very beginning of its journey and play a pivotal role in shaping its digital growth strategy. Working closely with the Managing Director and senior Marketing and Influencer teams, you'll be responsible for driving performance across all digital touchpoints while helping scale a brand with significant growth ambitions.

The Role
As Digital Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of the brand's digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.
You'll be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, ecommerce performance, and CRM activity while ensuring a seamless customer journey across every digital touchpoint.
This is a hands-on role that offers the opportunity to influence the direction of the business, make a tangible impact, and grow alongside an ambitious start-up brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the brand's digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Manage customer acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
- Own the email and SMS marketing strategy, including automations, customer journeys, segmentation, and campaign planning
- Drive customer retention initiatives to maximise engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value
- Work closely with the PR and Influencer teams to amplify creator partnerships, advocacy campaigns, and brand activity
- Analyse campaign performance and customer data to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth
- Support launch campaigns, product launches, and key brand moments throughout the year
- Drive website performance, conversion rate optimisation, and customer experience across Shopify
- Manage marketing budgets and report on key commercial and performance metrics
- Identify emerging digital trends, technologies, and opportunities within the beauty, fragrance, and lifestyle sectors
- Collaborate with external agencies, partners, and suppliers where required
- Continuously test, learn, and optimise digital activity to improve customer acquisition, retention, and return on investment
About You
- 4-7 years' experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Ecommerce Marketing, or Performance Marketing
- Experience within beauty, fragrance, fashion, lifestyle, or another direct-to-consumer consumer brand
- Strong understanding of paid social, CRM, email marketing, customer acquisition, and ecommerce performance
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
- Commercially minded with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
- Passionate about building brands and delivering exceptional customer experiences
