Lead a high-performing Sales and Lettings operation with a forward-thinking independent agency in Nottingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional to take ownership of a busy, established branch and drive performance across both residential sales and lettings.
You’ll be joining a respected independent agency with a modern, innovative approach to estate agency. The business has built a strong presence across the local property market and continues to invest in its people, systems, marketing, and customer experience. This is a role for someone who wants genuine influence, variety, and the opportunity to shape branch success rather than simply maintain it.
As Senior Branch Manager, you’ll oversee the full sales and lettings operation, supporting your team to win instructions, deliver excellent service, increase market share, and maintain a strong local reputation. You’ll be hands-on where needed, but your main focus will be leadership, growth, standards, and results.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Leading and motivating the sales and lettings teams to achieve branch targets
- Driving new business through valuations, listings, landlord relationships, and local market activity
- Overseeing sales progression, lettings performance, compliance, and customer service standards
- Coaching negotiators and consultants to improve conversion, confidence, and results
- Building strong relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers, tenants, and local contacts
- Monitoring branch performance and identifying opportunities for growth
- Ensuring the branch delivers a professional, consistent, and proactive customer experience
- Supporting marketing, canvassing, and business development activity across Nottingham
- Maintaining high standards across property listings, viewings, offers, move-ins, and completions
- Working closely with senior leadership to shape strategy and improve branch performance
What we’re looking for:
You’ll already have strong experience within estate agency, ideally with exposure to both sales and lettings. You may be an experienced Branch Manager, Sales Manager, Lettings Manager, or a senior property professional ready to step into a broader leadership role.
You’ll need to be confident with valuations, team management, customer service, compliance awareness, and business development. Just as importantly, you’ll bring energy, commercial awareness, and the ability to get the best from people.
You’ll do well here if you:
- Know how to lead from the front without micromanaging
- Understand the Nottingham property market or can quickly build local knowledge
- Enjoy developing people and improving team performance
- Are confident speaking with vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants
- Have a strong grasp of estate agency standards, service, and compliance
