The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a highly respected technology investment firm on a fixed-term contract. Working alongside a dynamic international team, you will support senior leaders in a fast-paced environment at the heart of the venture capital ecosystem.
• Supporting a team of investment professionals with busy and ever-changing diaries
• Coordinating international travel, meetings, itineraries, and expenses
• Manage scheduling across multiple time zones
• Prepare high quality documents, presentations and agendas
• Support with events, visitor management and light touch reception cover
About You
• An EA or Team Assistant with experience in a fast-paced high stakes environment
• Highly polished, warm, engaging, and confident communicating at all levels
• Degree education or equivalent
• Organised, proactive, and naturally solutions-focused
• Tech savvy with strong systems skills
• A collaborative and supportive colleague who brings positive energy to the workplace
• Experience in Venture Capital or Private Equity advantageous
