As the business continues to grow, an opportunity has arisen for a HR Assistant to support a friendly and supportive HR Manager in a varied and fast-paced role offering excellent exposure across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries
- Maintaining accurate HR records and personnel documentation
- Supporting employee onboarding and leaver processes
- Producing employment-related correspondence and documentation using templates
- Assisting with holiday, absence and leave administration
- Providing HR reports and management information as required
- Coordinating training courses and development activities
- Managing shared inboxes and diaries
- Providing general administrative support across a wide range of HR activities
About You:
To be considered, you will ideally have around 12 months' experience in a HR Assistant or HR Administration role, preferably within a professional services environment.
You will also possess:
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- A meticulous approach with exceptional attention to detail
- Reliability, discretion and professionalism
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing deadlines
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, Outlook and Excel
- GCSE (or equivalent) Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths
