Based in Tower 42, moments from Bank Station, you'll work in the heart of London's financial district within a modern, professional office environment supported by a dedicated concierge team.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating new business through sales, networking, marketing and business development activities
- Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
- Managing the full 360° recruitment process from initial engagement through to placement
- Identifying, attracting and headhunting top talent
- Managing the interview process and coordinating client feedback
- Advising candidates on opportunities, salaries, benefits and career progression
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Negotiating offers, rates and terms of business
- Attending and conducting client meetings
- Developing your own specialist market presence and reputation
About You

Experience

- Experienced Recruitment Consultants
- Professionals with experience in Financial Services or other specialist sectors looking to move into recruitment
- Individuals with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Recruiters with mentoring or leadership experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Individuals with a strong sales background, including experience in estate agency, business development, account management or other target-driven environments
