• Join a successful Employment team undertaking advocacy across a broad range of employment litigation matters for a growing and diverse client base.
• Represent clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings, handling contentious employment law matters from initial instruction through to final hearing.
• Play a senior role within the firm's internal advocacy team, delivering strategic and commercially focused advice to clients.
• Mentor and support junior colleagues, contributing to their professional development and the continued growth of the team.
• Advise clients across both the public and private sectors, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
• Applications are welcomed from Barristers with a minimum of 2 years' relevant employment law experience and a proven track record of Employment Tribunal advocacy.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, or developing junior team members would be advantageous.
• You will possess excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills, together with strong attention to detail and sound commercial awareness.
• The successful candidate will be capable of working independently whilst also thriving within a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
