Swimming Pool Assistant Manager

Support the Pool Manager in ensuring guest safety and smooth operation of the Subtropical Swimming Paradise. Oversee commercial performance, cost control and team management while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and water quality.
What you'll be doing
- Assist with managing budgets for staff, operations and revenue
- Support the Pool Manager in leading a large team
- Oversee daily pool operations, ensuring water quality meets standards
- Coordinate with technical services for maintenance and repairs
- Drive team wellbeing and performance through effective management

Your working hours
- Full-time
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 160 over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- These shifts will fall between 6:30am and 10pm and will include working 2 out of 4 weekends
About you
- RLSS Pool Lifeguard / NARS Qualification
- First Aid Certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, genuine approach
- Proven management experience, including leading large teams in a similar environment
- Strong customer service skills, ensuring high standards and service performance KPIs
Note: You'll need to complete a DBS check before starting (we'll help with that).
