Senior / Associate Building Surveyor

This is not just another surveying role. This is a genuine succession opportunity. You will work directly with the founder and play a key part in scaling the practice.
What you’ll be doing
• Lead consultant and Contract Administrator on projects £100k to £1m
• Deliver professional instructions including dilapidations, TDD, defect diagnosis and licences to alter
• Advise managing agents, freeholders and private clients
• Take full ownership of projects from instruction to completion
• Support and grow the Building Surveying service line
What we’re looking for
• MRICS preferred, strong non chartered candidates considered
• Proven experience in high end residential or mixed use assets
• Confident client facing and commercially aware
• Strong technical grounding in fabric and defect analysis
• Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own workload
• Ideally open to relocating to London for the right long term move
Salary & benefits
• £65,000 to £85,000 depending on level
• Discretionary bonus
