Corporate Actions Business Analyst
London (4 days per week in office)

6-Month Rolling Contract
Up to £600/day (Inside IR35)
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Actions Business Analyst to join a leading Investment Bank on a long-term contract engagement. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the onboarding and integration of third-party corporate actions platforms while driving process and technology improvements across the corporate actions landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding and integration of third-party corporate actions platforms and vendors.
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements across the corporate actions domain.
- Work closely with Business, Operations, Architecture, and Engineering teams to define target operating models, system workflows, and integration requirements.
- Document current-state and future-state processes across corporate actions operations and supporting technology platforms.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and drive requirements through to successful delivery.
- Support system integration initiatives, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Investment Banking.
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Actions processes, lifecycle events, and operations.
- Extensive understanding of middleware, system interfaces, data flows, and integration processes .
- Hands-on experience working with corporate actions platforms such as GLOSS, Murex, Bloomberg , or similar vendor solutions.
- Experience supporting the implementation, onboarding, integration, or enhancement of third-party corporate actions systems.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across Business, Operations, Technology, and Vendor teams.
- Excellent requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation capabilities.
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to perform data analysis, reconciliation, and validation.
Desirable
- Experience delivering corporate actions transformation, automation, or platform migration programmes.
- Knowledge of SWIFT messaging standards and market data feeds.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and project lifecycles.
