In this role, the successful Production Manager or similar will be responsible for the oversight of the production department and staff, ensuring a smooth manufacturing process. In addition, you will also be responsible for ensuring all product/technical documentation complies with manufacturing process and procedure requirements, ensuring all products meet specification expectations. On top of this, you will be responsible for coaching production team members to ensure all products meet both quality and company standards. Finally, you will be responsible for supporting the QA team in relation to any quality deviations.

The ideal Production Manager or similar will have previous working experience in a Production role or a related position. In addition, you will also come from background within the Pharma/BRC/Compliance/Manufacturing industry or a related field. On top of this, you will have had previous experience within people/team management, possessing effective leadership capabilities. Finally, you will have strong organisational, analytical, and communicational skills, with the confidence to work both as part of a team, and autonomously.

The Role:

• Oversight and management of the production department
• Ensuring all product/technical documentation complies with manufacturing process and procedure requirements
• Coaching production team members to ensure all products meet both quality and company standards

The Person:

• Previous working experience in a PM role or a related position
• Have a background within the Pharma/BRC/Compliance/Manufacturing industry
• Experience within Quality Control
