Senior Associate in Commercial Property – Leading Firm – Up to £85,000 – Truro
A highly regarded, long-established law firm in Truro is seeking to hire a Senior Associate for its celebrated Commercial Property team.
This opportunity would suit a Commercial Property specialist looking to take on a key strategic role within a respected regional practice, advising an excellent client base across Cornwall and the wider South West.
The Role:
You will handle a varied and high-quality commercial property caseload, including:
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Development work
- Property aspects of corporate transactions
- Acting for local businesses, investors, developers, and landed estates
You will be trusted with a high degree of autonomy, alongside playing a visible role in mentoring junior Lawyers and contributing to the continued growth of the Department.
Ideal Pre-Requisites:
- 6+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property (or equivalent experience)
- Strong technical ability with a pragmatic, client-focused approach
- Comfortable handling matters independently and supervising others
- Interested in long-term progression within a stable, supportive firm
