We are looking for a proactive and experienced customer focussed Administrator, to join a great business in South Oxfordshire. With over 14 years of experience providing solutions to businesses of all sizes, they and aim high and hold a stellar reputation. Within 10 miles of Watlington, Thame, Chalgrove, Wallingford and surrounds.

The Role

As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting customers with their orders and advising on the best service/product to suit their requirements. Acting as a central point of contact, you will coordinate services, manage customer requests, and ensure a seamless experience from enquiry through to delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing customer orders and managing them through internal systems and supplier networks.
  • Delivering excellent customer service via telephone and email.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintaining accurate electronic records through the company portal.
  • Preparing quotations and supporting business development activities.
  • Qualifying sales enquiries and updating the CRM system.
  • Providing general administrative support across the business as required.

About You

We are looking for someone who has previous administration and/or customer service experience, who can demonstrate the following attributes/skills:

  • Extremely organised and able to work to deadlines.
  • Enjoy problem solving and finding solutions.
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail, can spot when something doesn’t look right.
  • Possess strong numerical skills and able to use functions in Excel such as Sum If and ideally pivot tables – not essential though.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to manage a varied workload.
  • Have your own transport.
