Senior Electrical Design Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Electrical DesignEngineer to lead the design and development of advanced electrical systems for maritime platforms. This role combines system design, integration, and hands-on validation, working closely with cross-functional engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and integration of electrical systems including power distribution, control modules, motor control, and battery systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless system integration and compliance with standards
- Develop and test prototypes, supporting validation, performance, and safety testing activities
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in system efficiency and performance
- Produce and communicate detailed technical documentation including schematics, wiring diagrams, and reports
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent experience
- Strong experience in electrical system design, integration, and validation
- Knowledge of power electronics, battery management systems, and electric vehicle architectures
- Background in electric vehicle or automotive electrical systems
