Job Tittle: Property Manager & Trainee Block Manager
Location: Central Coventry (Hybrid option)
Basic Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm – No Weekends
Holidays: 20 days holiday + bank holidays
An excellent opportunity has become available for a proactive and personable Property Manager to join a well-respected company in Central Coventry. Working alongside an experienced senior team member, you’ll gain valuable exposure to the management of residential apartment blocks while continuing to build your knowledge and career within the property sector.
This position offers plenty of variety, combining office-based administration with regular site visits and client interaction. You’ll play an important role in ensuring developments are well maintained, compliant, and running efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organizing maintenance works and responding to repair issues as they arise
• Conducting routine inspections across residential developments
• Liaising with residents, leaseholders, contractors, and clients professionally
• Managing queries and resolving problems in an efficient and customer-focused manner
• Coordinating contractors and monitoring works carried out on site
• Assisting with larger projects including refurbishments and scheduled maintenance
• Ensuring properties remain compliant with current legislation and regulations
• Supporting the management of a portfolio of residential blocks
The Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience within property management or a similar environment would be advantageous
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Able to remain professional and solution-focused under pressure
• Comfortable using general IT systems and carrying out administrative tasks
• Full UK driving license essential
