An established law firm in Derbyshire is seeking an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a qualified legal executive or solicitor who is confident managing their own caseload.
Private Client Fee EarnerResponsibilities:
- Draft and advise on Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney.
- Manage estate administration and Probate applications.
- Advise on inheritance tax and estate planning.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 2+ years PQE in Private Client law.
- Must be a driver – home visits will be involved.
- Experience with LEAP software (desirable).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
