Legal Administration Manager
£45,000 DOE
London WC2R | Hybrid
Our client is seeking an experienced Administration Manager to lead a busy legal admin function within a well-established law firm. The role involves overseeing daily operations including file management, compliance, document control, scanning, data entry, and client communications, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
You will also manage and develop a small team, conducting 1–2–1s and appraisals, while promoting a strong client-focused culture. Additional responsibilities include producing KPI/MI reports, supporting Lexcel compliance, and driving process and system improvements.
The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months’ experience in an administrative management role, ideally within a law firm, and be confident leading a team, managing priorities, and improving workflows.
