- Lead and grow the Development & Investment offering

- Mentor and develop junior lawyers and support teams

- Contribute to leadership and decision-making across the firm
About You
- Be an established Partner or Senior Legal Director with a strong following
- Have extensive experience within Real Estate Development & Investment
- Demonstrate strong business development and networking skills
- Be commercially minded with a passion for growth
