This is a highly visible role sitting at the intersection of content, events, localisation, and stakeholder management. You'll take globally developed webinar content and adapt it for regional audiences, ensuring it is engaging, culturally relevant, and commercially effective across multiple EMEA markets.
You'll work closely with digital marketing teams, subject matter experts, production teams, and regional stakeholders to deliver high-quality webinar experiences from concept through to live execution.

Location: London (with travel to Germany)
Contract: 12 Month FTC
Salary: £64,000 per annum equivalent

You'll take globally developed webinar content and adapt it for regional audiences, ensuring it is engaging, culturally relevant, and commercially effective across multiple EMEA markets.
You'll work closely with digital marketing teams, subject matter experts, production teams, and regional stakeholders to deliver high-quality webinar experiences from concept through to live execution.
Key Responsibilities

Adapt and localise global webinar content for EMEA audiences

Develop webinar narratives, presentations, and supporting assets

Partner with digital marketing teams to identify webinar topics and regional priorities

Manage localisation and translation across key EMEA languages

Identify, recruit, and coach webinar speakers and subject matter experts

Host and facilitate live webinars in both German and English

Manage audience engagement, Q&A sessions, and live event flow

Work closely with technical production teams to ensure seamless delivery

Coordinate with campaign, digital, and production teams on promotion, registrations, and follow-up activity

Create contingency plans and supporting content to manage live event challenges
About You

Native German speaker with fluent English

Proven experience in webinar production, content strategy, or event marketing

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience localising content for international audiences

Confident presenter with experience hosting live webinars or virtual events

Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously

Experience within B2B SaaS, technology, marketing technology, or related industries is highly desirable

Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, digital, technical, and commercial teams
