The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly capable Compliance & Platform Governance Manager to play a pivotal role in protecting the integrity, compliance, and operational effectiveness of our digital platforms.This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the intersection of governance, digital innovation, audit readiness, and customer data protection. You will ensure that our platforms, processes, and ways of working consistently meet the highest legal, regulatory, and internal standards expected of a world-leading luxury brand.Working collaboratively, you will act as the central authority for compliance and governance topics within the department.

You will:

Support digital product development; Guide audit and compliance activities; Oversee governance across customer-facing digital environments; Ensure robust and compliant customer data handling; This position is ideal for someone who combines strategic judgement with operational discipline, brings credibility in governance and audit environments, and is motivated by shaping practical, business-enabling compliance within a premium global brand context.

Key Tasks:

Lead compliance and governance across our digital platforms, ensuring existing and new developments meet legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements; Act as the department's central point of contact for compliance, legal, governance, and audit topics, coordinating effectively with internal experts, stakeholders, and external partners;.Support digital product owners and project teams by embedding compliance requirements into platform updates, releases, and process changes from the outset.]; Own audit readiness and execution, including preparation for internal and external audits, document control, dashboard reporting, and process assurance activities; Oversee governance of customer and member access across digital platforms, including monitoring, community guideline adherence, and appropriate offboarding decisions; Serve as Customer Data Delegate for the function, helping ensure compliant customer data handling, risk mitigation, lifecycle management, and implementation of governance measures; Drive awareness and adherence to compliance standards across the team, including training completion, governance routines, and continuous improvement of audit and compliance practices.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for someone who can bring both credibility and capability to a complex and fast-moving environment; Experience in governance, audit, compliance, risk management, or a comparable business steering environment within a complex organisation; Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements, ideally including customer data protection, GDPR, and digital governance topics; Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work credibly across multiple functions, markets, and external partners; A structured, analytical, and delivery-focused mindset, with strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail; Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory and governance requirements into clear, practical business actions; A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with strong judgement, resilience, and a commitment to protecting brand integrity and customer trust
