What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:

• Registering and qualifying prospective tenants and matching them to suitable properties
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating tenancy agreements between landlords and tenants
• Generating new business opportunities and supporting landlord acquisition activities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
• Ensuring all lettings administration is completed accurately and in line with company procedures and legislation 

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience within residential lettings is essential
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Professional and confident telephone manner
• Well-presented and professional approach
• Self-motivated with a positive and target-driven attitude
• Knowledge of the Addlestone and surrounding areas would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
