Our client is looking for a Senior Consultant to join a growing pensions consultancy in London.
This is a relationship-led role, focused on managing a portfolio of clients, leading trustee meetings, and delivering high-quality strategic advice. The position offers a balance of commercial input and technical oversight, with a strong emphasis on client ownership rather than purely technical execution.
You will work closely with clients to design and develop pension schemes, advise on funding and investment strategies, and support decision-making by balancing risk, affordability, and long-term objectives. The role also involves identifying opportunities to improve existing arrangements and contributing to wider business development initiatives.
This is well suited to individuals with experience in pensions consulting who are already managing client relationships and are looking to take on greater leadership responsibility, including mentoring junior team members and shaping client strategy.
The role is London-based with a highly flexible working environment.
