Role: Lead Technical M365 Engineer
Location: London
Salary: up to £78,000
Work pattern: up to 2 days a week in the office
My client, a leading insurance organisation, is seeking an experienced a Lead M365 Engineer to play a key role in shaping and delivering their modern workplace strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business undergoing significant digital transformation, where you'll have the chance to influence the evolution of enterprise collaboration, end-user computing, and cloud technologies.
Working across a complex and evolving technology landscape, you will provide technical leadership and expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem, driving innovation, operational excellence, and the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on expertise across Microsoft Exchange (Online and On-Premises).
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM, including both operational support and solution design.
- Proven background in Windows Client Management, including large-scale migrations and upgrades, particularly Windows 10 to Windows 11.
- Experience implementing and administering Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
- Deep knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform, including:
- Teams
- SharePoint Online
- OneDrive for Business
- Microsoft Purview
- Microsoft Security technologies
