Platinum Recruitment Group
Management Accountant
£55,000 – £60,000
Nelson
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a finance function, lead a team and be a core part of the business. Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, you'll be the senior finance presence across three entities, providing meaningful financial insight and enhance processes.
You'll produce monthly management accounts with commentary, work closely with Site Managers and ensure accurate, timely reporting across the business. Alongside this, you'll oversee and support a transactional finance team, ensuring strong controls and an efficient month-end process.
The role also offers the opportunity to improve finance systems, strengthen processes and raise the quality of reporting, giving you the platform to make a visible impact beyond the finance department.
We're looking for an experienced Management Accountant with strong month-end expertise, previous team management experience and the confidence to operate independently. You'll be commercially aware, level-headed and comfortable taking ownership of both the numbers and the processes behind them.
If you're looking for a role where you can influence decisions, improve the finance function and establish yourself as a key member of the business, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
