About the Job

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Invoicing Analyst to join a busy EMEA finance operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate production, validation, and distribution of invoices while working closely with operational, finance, and technology stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining data quality, resolving invoicing issues, and supporting ongoing process improvements.

Duties will include:

  • Managing the full invoicing lifecycle for allocated programmes, ensuring all deadlines and service levels are achieved.
  • Reviewing and validating invoice data to maintain accuracy across multiple systems.
  • Investigating invoicing discrepancies, system issues, and failed transactions, coordinating resolutions with relevant teams.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for operational stakeholders, providing updates on invoice progress and outstanding issues.
  • Maintaining reporting tools, performance metrics, and issue logs to monitor service delivery.
  • Analysing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Supporting process standardisation and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and controls.
  • Assisting with documentation, training activities, and knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Working closely with finance, accounts payable, technology, and programme management teams to ensure smooth operations.

About the Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within invoicing, billing, accounts receivable, finance operations, or a similar environment. Strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to analyse and reconcile large volumes of data are essential. You will be highly organised, solutions-focused, and confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders while managing multiple priorities effectively.
