Your responsibilities as Mechanic/Vehicle Technician
- Carry out routine servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
- Complete major repair work including cambelts, clutches and engine-related repairs
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify potential issues before they escalate
- Use diagnostic equipment to accurately pinpoint faults and recommend repairs
- Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately and within agreed timescales
What we’re looking for in a Mechanic/Vehicle Technician
- Previous workshop experience carrying out servicing, maintenance and repair work
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capabilities across a range of vehicles
- Experience completing major mechanical repairs and engine work
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work to high standards of quality and safety
Working hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
