Our client based in Quedgeley, Gloucester has a brand-new permanent opportunity to join their existing fun and super friendly team.
The company who has been established for over 25 years, they are the UK’s largest stockist in their sector for standard products but also specialise in the fabrication of bespoke products to suit their customers needs and requirements.
The role of the Quotations Administrator is to deal with incoming customer enquiries by telephone and email. Assisting the sales office manager and sales team with daily sales administration activities.
Responsibilities:
– Dealing with telephone enquiries from customers and suppliers.
– Raising quotes on email and via system.
– Supporting the sales team with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
– Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
– Following up of quotes
– General office administration
Whilst office experience is beneficial it is not essential as full training will be provided. If you come from a retail/hospitality type background, please feel free to apply.
Hours – Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5pm & Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm (37 hours)
Salary – Up to £25,500 + yearly bonus + relaxed working atmosphere + free parking + death in service benefit + access to counselling services’
