A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a highly regarded law firm. This is a small but busy branch office, so we’re looking for someone confident, organised and able to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
The Role
You will provide secretarial support to a solicitor handling a mixed caseload across:
- Residential Conveyancing
- Commercial Property
- Wills & Probate
- Court of Protection
Key duties include:
- Audio typing and digital dictation
- Answering incoming calls in a professional, friendly manner
- Meeting and greeting clients at the reception
- Preparing documents and correspondence
- Managing diaries, files and general administrative tasks
About You
- Experienced Audio Typist with strong digital dictation skills
- Previous Conveyancing experience is desirable
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Close attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to manage your time effectively and work well under pressure
- Professional, approachable and confident dealing with clients face-to-face
