What you'll be doing as Assistant Store Manager:

Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, leading and motivating a dedicated team

- Deliver strong commercial results by driving sales, KPIs, and overall store profitability
- Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, presentation, and operational execution

You are an experienced retail leader, ideally already operating as an Assistant Store Manager or a strong Supervisor ready for the next step. You lead with confidence, set clear standards, and inspire those around you to perform at their best.
