We are recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Parts Advisor to join a well-established dealership in the Selby area. Our client, a reputable family-run business with over a decade of industry presence, offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional seeking stability, job security, and a positive working environment. The successful individual will play a key role in providing exceptional service to customers and supporting the Parts Department’s operational needs.

Duties of a Parts Advisor:
- Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct automotive parts as a Parts Advisor
- Provide expert advice on parts and accessories to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory and stock levels efficiently to optimise availability
- Collaborate with the sales team and workshop to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and new product releases
- Ensure accurate recording of sales and stock control to support operational efficiency
Requirements of a Parts Advisor:
- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and related systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is desirable
- Reliability and a professional approach to work
