Job title: Principal Planning Lead – ERP & Custom Applications (Gaming)
Location: Remote
Employment Type: 06 months contract
Job description:
As the Planning Lead, you will own the architecture, implementation, and optimization of our financial forecasting and planning applications. You will operate at the critical intersection of high-volume gaming data (microtransactions, platform fees, live-ops spend) and Oracle ERP systems.
You aren't just managing standard out-of-the-box software; you will oversee custom-built planning applications designed to handle complex, industry-specific financial data flows.
Responsibilities:
- Experience:8+ years of hands-on experience leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting application projects.
- Oracle Expertise: Deep technical and functional knowledge of Oracle ERP ecosystems (Oracle Cloud Financials, Hyperion, or PBCS).
- Custom Applications: Proven track record of designing, implementing, or managing bespoke/custom-built planning software where standard ERP functionality falls short.
- Industry Domain: Direct experience in the Gaming, Digital Media, or High-Volume Subscription industries is highly preferred.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of gross-to-net revenue splits, multi-currency transactions, and deferred revenue compliance (GAAP/IFRS).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with ETL tools, data reconciliation pipelines, and SQL/data warehousing concepts is a major plus.
