Location: Westminster, London Start Date: September 2026 Contract Type: Full-Time, Term Time Only Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
We are looking for a passionate and committed Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school in Westminster from September 2026. This role is perfect for individuals who want to make a meaningful impact on children's learning and development.
Key Responsibilities Support pupils across a variety of subjects, both in class and in small groups. Assist teachers with lesson planning, classroom management, and administrative tasks. Provide targeted support for pupils with additional learning needs. Encourage engagement, confidence, and independence among pupils. Help create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience working with children in an educational setting (desirable but not essential). Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other support staff. Enthusiasm for helping children reach their full potential.
