Finance Manager, near Camberley, £50000 – £60000 + Benefits
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager (qualified ACCA/CIMA or QBE) to join a busy, growing organisation. Supporting the MD and the wider SLT, this role offers full ownership of the finance function and the chance to add real commercial value.
Managing a small finance team, key responsibilities include overseeing month-end, producing management accounts, managing budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, and ensuring strong financial controls. You’ll also partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar Finance Manager / Financial Controller type role, strong technical and commercial skills, and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
