Location: Ealing, West London Start Date: September 2026 Contract Type: Full-Time, Term Time Only Salary: £100-£110 per day (dependent on experience)

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils within the classroom to enhance their learning and engagement. Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning objectives. Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom organisation. Encourage positive behaviour and promote a safe learning environment. Support pupils with additional learning needs where required. Help foster pupils' confidence, independence, and social development. The Ideal Candidate Has experience working with children in a school, childcare, or youth setting (desirable but not essential). Is patient, caring, and enthusiastic. Has strong communication and interpersonal skills. Works well as part of a team and can use their own initiative. Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
