Made Employment have teamed up with Fieldcall to fulfil a host of Field Agent roles across the UK. Fieldcall have spent over 30 years helping some of the UK's biggest lenders and insurers stay connected with their customers. We're now looking for self-employed Field Agents to join their growing nationwide network.
Most importantly, this is not a debt collection role. Our focus is on customer engagement, information gathering and support.
We're Particularly Looking for Agents In:
- Glasgow (G)
- Kilmarnock (KA)
- Motherwell (ML)
- Norwich, Lowestoft & Great Yarmouth (NR)
- Southwold (IP)
- King's Lynn, Skegness & Spalding (PE)
- North Wales including Anglesey (LL)
- Devon & Cornwall (TR, PL & EX)
What You'll Need
- A full UK driving licence
- Your own vehicle with appropriate insurance
- Confidence communicating with people from all walks of life
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Availability to commit to a minimum of 21 hours (3 flexible days) per week
- Some evening and weekend work may occasionally be required
- Ability to pass pre-appointment checks, including a DBS check
- Current ICO registration and Public Liability Insurance
