Estate Agent Assistant Branch Manager
- £25,000 – £30,000 Basic Salary commensurate with experience
- £50,000+ On Target Earnings
- 5 days a week including Saturday – 9am to 6pm weekdays, 9am to 5pm Saturday, parking available

- You will help manage the day to day Estate Agency business working closely with staff to maximise income and profit from a range of products and services.
- You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service.
- You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.

- Responsibility to increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of agreed business targets
- Setting and reviewing performance standards
- Development of team members
- Implementing agreed business plans
- Listing and selling properties
- Maintain a compliant business
