Academics LTD is working closely with several fantastic secondary schools in and around Slough who are looking to appoint motivated, enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistants to join their teams. If you're proactive, supportive and eager to help students succeed, this role offers a brilliant chance to develop your skills and contribute to a positive classroom environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Working alongside teachers to support students' learning and development
- Assisting with classroom tasks and lesson preparation
- Encouraging students to stay engaged and focused during lessons
- Supporting effective classroom management
- Helping create a safe, productive and inclusive learning environment

- Supporting students across KS3 & KS4
- £93-£120 per day
