SF Recruitment is working with a fantastic public sector organisation based in the north Birmingham area. They are looking to onboard an interim Finance Manager, the Finance manager will be the main point of contact for on site leadership and the senior Finance team and to provide financial monitoring, budgets and forecasting.
This assignment is expected to last until the end of August.
Key tasks:
– Prepare monthly management accounts/budget/forecast monitoring reports – Carry out/assist in month and year end procedures, but not limited to, Purchase Order reconciliation and cleardown, prepayments and accruals, income tracking, monthly outturn calculations – Lead monthly meetings to discuss budget management and forecasting – Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts as required – Carry out supplier checks and other back-office checks as required – Management and development of one member of staff
