Residential Property Lawyer – Bristol
Join a forward-thinking, full-service law firm in Bristol within its Residential Development team who advise lenders, developers, investors and residential property clients on a broad range of complex and high-value matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Lawyer looking for high-quality work, genuine career progression and the chance to develop a specialist profile within a growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle residential development transactions, plot sales, site set-up and infrastructure agreements
- Advise on bridging finance, lender-side transactions and portfolio refinances
- Manage complex residential conveyancing transactions
- Act for developers, lenders and investors
- Take an active role in networking and business development activities
- Assist with mentoring junior team members
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx with 3+ years’ PQE
- Strong experience handling complex residential conveyancing and development matters
- Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
