The Role
* Providing 1:1 support to pupils with ASD/ADHD * Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies * Delivering calm, consistent support during learning activities * Assisting with classroom learning and group work in the afternoons * Supporting personal care needs where required * Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO
Role Details
* SEN Teaching Assistant * £96-110 Per Day * Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am-4:00pm) * Permanent role * Based in Southwark
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience supporting children with ASD and ADHD * Confident supporting emotional regulation and behaviour needs * Comfortable with personal care responsibilities where required * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Able to work effectively as part of a team * Passionate about inclusive education and SEN support
