Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop key supplier relationships (UK & international)
- Lead negotiations around cost, quality and delivery
- Ensure continuity of supply across critical materials
- Support NPI / technical projects from a sourcing perspective
- Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with operations, production and technical teams
Profile
Ideal Candidate
- Currently operating at Buyer / Senior Buyer level within a manufacturing environment
- Comfortable managing suppliers end-to-end, not just placing orders
- Strong on negotiation, cost control and supplier performance
- Experience within a technical, materials-led industry
- Someone who wants more ownership and visibility, not a purely transactional role
