Must haves
- Experience working across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and bank ledgers
- Strong accuracy when processing high volumes of financial transactions
- Experience with customer invoicing, supplier invoicing, and bank reconciliations
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage workload independently in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive mindset with confidence identifying process improvements
Nice to haves
- Experience using ERP systems, ideally NetSuite
So, what will you be doing?
- Processing sales invoices accurately and ensuring timely delivery to customers
- Raising ad hoc invoices as required
- Posting daily bank transactions and completing monthly reconciliations
- Maintaining the customer ledger, including reconciliations and chasing outstanding payments
- Investigating and resolving customer queries and debit notes
- Supporting EDI processes and resolving any invoicing errors
- Assisting with audit preparation and providing supporting documentation
- Providing holiday cover across the purchase ledger when required
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
