Cleaner/Workshop Assistant
Day-to-day of the role:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Cleaner/Workshop Assistant to join our Manufacturing and Engineering team. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a dynamic and occasionally fast-paced environment.
You will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workplace while supporting workshop operations and the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across factory and workshop areas
- Ensure workspace remains organised, safe, and presentable
- Assist with general workshop duties, including deburring
- Provide ad hoc operational support to engineers and team members
- Carry out occasional driving duties when required
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning or workshop experience is desirable
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to carry out manual tasks
- Punctual and dependable

- Strong work ethic with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, practical environment
- A team player with good communication skills
- Flexible and willing to support across different tasks as needed
- Full UK driving licence is required
